DIY Thanksgiving Wine Bottle

The colors of fall are so beautiful. This project came about because I could not find a DIY Thanksgiving centerpiece for me. They all looked the same and boring. Hosting the big fest this year? Here is a great decoration piece to add that your guest will be talking about!

This DIY craft is inexpensive and fun. You probably already have paint and an empty glass bottle.
 
Supplies:

Folk Art Acrylic Enamel glass paint in green, brown, red, yellow, orange, white, black and (turquoise, optional for the Indian feather hat)
Paint brush
Ribbon
Wine glass bottle ( or any glass bottle )
1 Fall floral with pumpkins and berries ( The one in the picture is from Joanns)
Mini orange Lights
White rocks (optional)

Directions:

1. Wash the bottle and let dry.
2. Paint desired art onto the bottle. Be creative. Paint what thanksgiving means to you. I painted a turkey, fall leaves, a pumpkin, Pilgrim and Indian hat with the message "give thanks."
3. Let the paint dry for 1 hour.
4. Place rocks inside the bottle. (optional)
5. Tie a ribbon around the top.
6. Wrap the lights around the floral and place in the bottle.
